About us

Julia Löffler Fotografie is a destination wedding photography studio based in Gundelsheim, Germany, founded and led by photographer Julia Löffler. Julia left a career as a manager to pursue photography full-time and has since built a practice centered on intimate, heartfelt storytelling. The studio specializes in documentary, elegant, and editorial-style imagery, focusing on candid in-between moments, details, and genuine emotion rather than heavily posed shots. Julia works in a laid-back, unobtrusive manner on the wedding day itself, letting events unfold naturally while she documents them. Julia Löffler Fotografie photographs weddings across Germany, Spain (including Mallorca and Barcelona), Italy (including Lake Como, Lago Maggiore, and Verona), France, and further destinations across Europe, the UK, and Switzerland, and is available for weddings worldwide. Couples receive a private online gallery, with wedding albums and prints also offered.

I am based I Germany, between Heidelberg and Stuttgart but I love to travel across Europe or beyond!

What is your style for weddings?

My visual style blends editorial aesthetics with authentic wedding photojournalism. I love elegant portraits, beautiful light, and carefully considered details—just as much as the small, unplanned moments in between: a glance, a laugh, a touch, or the parents' tears of joy.

Do we need to pose for you?

No. Posing is not a must, but if you like it, go for it. I especially love weddings where aesthetics and authentic experiences come together: elegant wedding weekends in Italian villas, Mediterranean celebrations in Mallorca, intimate destination weddings in France, or stylish weddings in Germany and Austria.
